Introduction

At the moment there aren’t any companies that provide luggage transfer. The companies that offer this service for self guided long distance walks tend to use taxis. These actually cost £15 to £25 is of course included in the package cost.

Currently and largely due to Covid Pandemic there is very little accommodation in certain parts of the first half of the route. Suggestions as to how to find accommodation can be found here

Possible Itinerary

Arrive in Holywell on Monday. Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday]and start the walk the following day.

Day 1 Walk from Holywell to Trelawnyd and catch Bus 19 back to Holywell

Day 2 Catch Bus 19 to Trelawnyd from Holywell and walk to St Asaph. Book a taxi to take your luggage to your plan accommodation ( there are plenty of taxi firms in the town)

Day 3 Walk to the Llansannan Area Book taxi with Lyn Ann (01745 860 656) to transport your luggage to your accommodation

Day 4 Walk to Llangernyw area Book taxi with Lyn Ann (01745 860 656) to transport your luggage to your accommodation

Day 5 Walk to Rowen area Book taxi with Lyn Ann (01745 860 656) to transport your luggage to your accommodation

Day 6 Walk to Llanfairfechan Book taxi with Lyn Ann (01745 860 656) to transport your luggage to your accommodation

Day 7 Walk to Bangor Taxi from local firm to transport your luggage

Day 8 Walk to Llanberis Taxi from local firm to transport your luggage

Day 9 Walk to Y Fron Taxi from local firm to transport your luggage

Day 10 Walk to Clynnog Fawr/Trefor* Taxi from local firm to transport your luggage

Day 11 Walk to Nefyn Taxi from local firm to transport your luggage

Day 12 Walk to Tudweiliog Area Taxi from local firm to transport your luggage

Day 13 Walk to Aberdaron Taxi from local firm to transport your luggage

 

*In the Summer a daily bus service runs from Trefor to Aberdaron. This bus means that you can base yourself on its route and return there every day.
